FAQs

What exactly is an Executive Virtual Assistant?

An Executive Virtual Assistant is an administrative assistant who works virtually with CEO’s, VP’s or other high-level executives. They are capable of making independent decisions to enhance your productivity while also handling tasks that are too time consuming or too strenuous to handle alone. They are trustworthy and represent you and your business. Taking care of all the details is what they do best, which will allow you to get back to doing what you do best.

What types of people will benefit most from working with A Byte In Time?
  • You are the CEO of a small 6- or 7-figure business who is overwhelmed with the day-to-day operations and just needs a partner who can take those daily tasks off your plate so you can continue running your business like you envisioned it.
  • You are great at juggling a lot of different aspects of your business, but just need someone to keep track of and manage all the details.
  • You are great at communicating what you want and know that you can rely on someone to get it done the way you want in a timely manner.
  • You normally plan things ahead of time so that you are not taken off track by any last-minute surprises.

Are there any services that you don’t perform as an Executive Virtual Assistant?

Executive Virtual Assistants work virtually as the title says, so I do not work in your office. I am not an expert in everything, but I am always open to learning new things. However, if it is something that I am not comfortable with or is definitely not my area of expertise, I will let you know. Then, I will gladly find another highly qualified and reliable person to help with that particular project, and I will follow up with them so you don’t have to.

How do we get started?
